Email protection against spam and viruses

We scan all incoming e-mail which protects your PC from viruses and the majority of spam. Hosting-Unlimited uses SpamCop.net and njabl.org real-time blacklist services to refuse incoming e-mail that has been tagged by these systems. Both of these blacklisting services constantly update their lists of open mail relays (open relays are often used for sending spam) and active sources of spam. We estimate that approximately 85% of spam is stopped from reaching your inbox when you use our e-mail service.

To prevent viruses reaching your inbox we use a sophisticated anti-virus scanner which identifies known viruses as they pass through our e-mail systems. Our anti-virus software is constantly updated which protects against viruses that have just been released onto the internet.
